At the meeting, Sobyanin informed the head of state that the commissioning of residential, social facilities and commercial real estate in Moscow has exceeded 15 million square meters.
He also said that public and private investments in the capital’s economy reached 6.9 trillion rubles. The mayor announced that the city has implemented projects such as the Big Circle Metro Line (BKL) and the Moscow High-Speed Diameter.

The construction of Russia’s first giant factory for the production of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles will also start in 2023, the mayor said. The factory will be located in Krasnaya Pakhra, which is part of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts (TiNAO).
