Bonuses for healthcare professionals who contribute to a woman’s refusal of an abortion should be approved at the federal level. It was stated RIA News Tatarstan Commissioner for Children’s Rights Irina Volynets.
“I think it is appropriate to introduce the Bethlehem Certificate at the federal level, which is an award given to healthcare professionals who support pregnant women who decide to continue their pregnancy,” she said.
He emphasized that payments should be made when the choice to have children changes. Volynets added that such a decision would increase the motivation of healthcare workers to save the lives of unborn children.
A similar attempt was made before supported First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection Fedot Tumusov. He is confident that paying bonuses to health workers who manage to dissuade women from having abortions could be a good measure to increase the birth rate.
