Kirill Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR), said that Ukraine cannot do without additional mobilization. He said this in an interview Finance Times.
“It is unthinkable to even think that we can do it without mobilization. “The shortage of (military personnel at the front – socialbites.ca) is striking,” he said.
He also disagreed with the assessment that Ukraine’s counter-offensive at the front last summer was a complete failure. He noted that it cannot be said that “a disaster occurred”.
