Almost a fifth (19%) of Russians surveyed worked part-time on a January weekend. This is shown by a study of the services Rabota.ru and Podrabotka, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
The most popular side job was driving (12%). In second place is general worker (8%) and in third place is order picker (3%). Another 3% of Russians reported working part-time as couriers. 1% of respondents chose to work as animators and promoters.
72% of respondents who selected “Other” worked part-time as a security guard, secretary, manager or designer during the January weekend.
During the New Year holidays, more than half of Russians (57%) earn less than 10 thousand rubles from their part-time job. A quarter (25%) of respondents stated that the amount is between 10 and 25 thousand rubles. 11% of survey participants preferred the option between 25 and 50 thousand rubles. 2% of respondents earned from 50 to 75 thousand rubles from part-time jobs in January, and 5% earned more than 75 thousand rubles.
