“There are two ways to enlist in the military recruitment, mobilization and service project. Recruitment is voluntary only, mobilization is mandatory. The concept is that if you volunteer, the government serves you. Otherwise, coercion may be used. “If you are a deserter from the military, your rights are limited,” he explained.
