A train collision occurred on the Bologna-Rimini railway line in Italy and at least 17 people were injured. An Italian newspaper reports this Corriere della sera.
According to the information obtained, the high-speed express Freccia Rossa and the regional train collided. Rescue efforts are currently ongoing. Rail traffic was temporarily stopped.
Local authorities reported that all victims suffered only minor injuries.
Italian Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini said that he was closely monitoring the situation at the scene of the accident.
