The prosecutor’s office explained the malfunction of the plane that made an emergency landing in Chelyabinsk 18:33

It was reported that the passenger plane taking off from Sochi made an emergency landing due to technical failure Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office.

The message says, “On November 12, at 18.43 (16.43 Moscow time), a Pobeda Airlines plane traveling with flight number 323 on the Sochi – Chelyabinsk route made an emergency landing at Chelyabinsk airport (Balandino).”

It was announced that the plane experienced a technical malfunction during the landing approach and the flaps did not open. There were 181 passengers on the plane, including nine children.

The press service emphasized that the landing went well and there were no injuries.
