An undiscovered monster may be living in Labynkyr, the Ruby Lake. Semyonova explained that local residents tried not to go to the lake, but treated the monster “calmly”. He emphasized that it is difficult to conduct research here due to the climate and remoteness of the reservoir.
“Local people have legends about the devil living in Labynkyr for centuries, and they do not fish in this lake. They usually choose not to go there again. Therefore, here you can definitely not suspect that the locals are making up stories for tourists or for some other benefit.
