At the meeting, great attention was paid to the development of the Bely Rast terminal and logistics center located in the Dmitrov urban area. This is a joint project with Liaoning Port Group. Today Bely Rast is the largest center of Chinese products in the Moscow region and the largest railway complex in Russia.
In 2021, the 1st launch complex, which includes 3 freight railway facades, each 1 km long, customs infrastructure facilities and container fields with a total area of approximately 60 thousand m², was commissioned. Design studies for the construction of the 2nd phase facilities, which are planned to start in 2026, are still continuing. This will increase TLC’s throughput to 725 thousand twenty-foot containers per year (currently 275 thousand). Approximately 15% of all cargo from China will pass through Bely Rast.
The volume of investment in the project is 24 billion rubles, which will create 2 thousand new jobs.
