- How to clean boletus: Use a brush to remove any soil residue, reaching into all the nooks and crannies left by the shape of the mushroom.

Cut the boletus into pieces or slices.

Put the oil in a pan, add the boletus and chopped garlic.

Add the spices (parsley or thyme) and let it cook for ten minutes.
chanterelles with potatoes
- Contents: chanterelles, potatoes, onion, pepper (green or red), ripe tomatoes, garlic (2 cloves), chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, white wine, sweet paprika, bay leaf, chicken stock and olive oil
- How to clean chanterelles: It is the only type of mushroom that can be washed with water due to its high humidity. However, the ideal is not to do it this way, but to remove all stuck residue using a damp cloth.

Cut the chanterelles into four pieces and remove the stems.

Sauté pepper, onion and garlic for 20 minutes.

Add grated tomatoes and pepper. Add the white wine and let it cook until the alcohol evaporates.
