In Kaliningrad, a girl witnessed how a man attacked a young man on the street and began to strangle him. He took images of the attacker published Telegram channel “YANTARNY DLB (Kaliningrad)”.
The incident took place on September 29 in the Festival Street area. In the video, a man in a jacket and hat chokes a young man in a white T-shirt and then falls unconscious to the pavement.
After the video was released, police were able to identify the attacker within an hour. This was reported by the press service of the Kaliningrad region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It turned out that he was a local resident born in 1979.
Law enforcement officials said, “It turned out that there was a verbal argument between the men in the park, and as a result, the attacker grabbed his opponent’s neck with his hands and put him to sleep.”
While the police are determining what happened to the victim, they are also conducting an investigation into the incident.
