The Udmurtia Prosecutor’s Office approved the indictment against a man suspected of raping an underage relative. This was reported by press service Departments in the region.
The incident occurred in June 2023 but was only made known now. According to law enforcement, a local resident met the victim and took him to a deserted place under an unknown pretext. There he used violence and harassment against me.
A criminal case was filed against the suspect for the crime of raping a child under the age of 14.
The criminal case will be sent to the regional Supreme Court. The man faces life in prison for the abuse.
