“I plan to introduce a bill to the State Duma in the fall providing for the introduction of a compulsory drug insurance system,” said Chernyshov.

He noted that the recipients of such supports will be low-income people, retirees, the unemployed, minors with chronic diseases. According to Chernyshov, the rest of the citizens will receive a discount.
