Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov described the editor-in-chief of the MK publication Pavel Gusev as a legend of Russian journalism. The Kremlin spokesperson announced this at a briefing attended by journalists.
Peskov congratulated Gusev on a significant date, his 40th anniversary as the editor-in-chief of the Russian media.
“Indeed, this is a journalistic legend, one of the most respected Russian journalists who has run one of our country’s most beloved newspapers for decades,” said Peskov.
As Peskov emphasizes, Gusev “uses both his talent and experience, his life and professionalism.”
Peskov also noted that Gusev put all his soul into the journalism workshop of the Russian Federation.
Pavel Gusev has been the editor-in-chief of Moskovsky Komsomolets since 1983.
