The Council of Ministers authorized the tender to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, through Adifa contract for the establishment of a framework agreement covering the entity’s various digital transformation services, value €21.8 million and an execution period of 24 months, which can be extended for another 24 months.
Adif is one of the levers of the 2030 Strategic Plan and focuses on agility, automation, analysis and interpretation of data, preparation of the organization, connection with the customer and digital culture from a global perspective.
With this framework agreement, The government argues that the organization will have the necessary services to promote its full integration into the digital society.through four parties corresponding to various areas of the structure created to face the digital transformation process.
Lot 1 includes: consultancy services For the preparation of special digital transformation plans for each business area within the framework of Adif’s Digital Transformation program.
Lot 2 corresponds to support for: Adif Digital Transformation Offices, Its task will be to control and monitor relevant digital transformation plans and complementary services.
As for Lot 3, it includes the service of: Support for Adif’s Global Transformation Office, Its purpose will be to establish, initiate and operate the elements related to the management and governance of the digital transformation program from a strategic and administrative perspective.
Finally, lot 4 corresponds to: Implementation of technological solutions linked to initiatives derived from digital transformation plans, They have a place in the relevant framework agreement because of their typology, size and organizational impact.
