“This unmanned aerial vehicle is one of a series of IRGC Ground Forces kamikaze drones developed and manufactured by junior experts,” said Ali Kuhistani, head of the IRGC Land Forces Research and Self-sufficiency Organization.
According to him, the UAV was called “Meraj-532”, equipped with a piston engine, a one-way flight range of 450 km. Kuhestani emphasized that the UAV is equipped with a 50-kilogram warhead and is capable of flying for three hours at an altitude of about 3,600 meters.
