“We know how the Ukrainian Armed Forces are used in the interests of the national battalions and mercenaries in Ukraine. Under these conditions, Russia considered it impossible to provide information on the military forces, the main weapons and equipment systems, as well as the plans for the deployment of these systems, envisaged in Part I of VD-2011, and reported to the OSCE: the relevant decision,” the diplomat concluded.
