Russian submarine “Ufa” entered the exercise with live fire 14:59

Russian diesel-electric submarine “Ufa” of project 636.3 “Varshavyanka”, capable of firing Kalibr missiles, entered the Baltic Sea for real shooting exercises. It has been reported Russian Ministry of Defense.

“At sea, submarines will conduct ship exercises to combat survivability and the conditional use of torpedo, mine and rocket weapons. As part of the development of the planned course mission, the crew of the submarine in the combat training areas of the fleet will perform the elements of solo voyage and deep dive in one of the regions of the Baltic Sea, ”said the statement. Defense said in a statement.

During the deep-sea dive, the crew will control the operation of all systems and mechanisms of the submarine, study the algorithm of actions and various methods of surfacing to manage the ship at great depths.

It was noted that the drills of the boat will be supported by the crews of warships and rescue ships and the naval aviation of the Baltic Fleet.

Former Commander-in-Chief of the Navy of the Russian Federation Nikolai Evmenov announced its armament plans Russian submarines with hypersonic missiles.

Evmenov added that no one should doubt that this will be done.
