The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has offered to reduce personal income tax to immigrants who are fluent in Russian 22:06

Valentina Kazakova, head of the Main Directorate of Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, said that the agency offers to reduce personal income tax for immigrants so that they can speak the Russian language well. It has been reported DEA News.

According to him, the possibility of introducing a decreasing coefficient in the monthly advance payment to promote the learning of the Russian language is being considered.

Kazakova emphasized that it is planned to introduce a reduction coefficient to personal income tax, which is paid in the form of a fixed advance, this is based on the level of knowledge of the Russian language, knowledge of Russian history and the basics of legislation.

For the basic level, a coefficient of 10% will be provided for the average – 20%, for the highest level of knowledge of the Russian language – 50%.
