Il Fatto Quotidiano: 20 Ukrainians trained in Italy before sending SAMP-T to Kiev 18:10

About 20 Ukrainian soldiers were trained at the Italian military base in the city of Sabaudia in the Lazio metropolitan area, before being sent to Ukrainian SAMP-T anti-aircraft missile systems. These release reports il Fatto Quotidiano.

The publication states that the Ukrainian army arrived in Italy in early March 2023 and has already completed their training.

In the publication, it is emphasized that the anti-aircraft missile systems, which the Italian side has committed to jointly supply with France, are planned to be sent to Ukraine before the end of spring.

The newspaper claims that after completing the course in Sabaudia, where the Ukrainian army gives simulator training, it is planned to transfer the soldiers to Sardinia, where they can take a shooting course.
