“An agreement of intent has been signed between the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and the Norwegian Defense Logistics Agency (NDMA).
Under this three-year agreement, Kiev will receive methodological assistance in organizing the supply of material and technical means to improve the capabilities of the combined defense forces of Ukraine. In addition, this agreement will allow Ukrainian experts to study and continue to apply the standards and protocols of NATO countries in the field of defense procurement.
The ministry also said that in the first stage, the financing of the transaction will be carried out by the Norwegian side.
