A court in the Saratov region convicted a 40-year-old local resident who was convicted of three separate sex offenses against a minor. It has been reported press office Russia’s SU SK.

The convict lived with a woman and her underage daughter. Taking advantage of the moments when he was alone with the girl, the man repeatedly committed rape and other sexual acts. The attacker recorded his actions on a cell phone camera, and then threatened to distribute the video if the girl told her mother everything.
In January 2022, the victim told her classmate everything and persuaded her to report it to her mother. As a result, the girl told her parents and contacted the police.
The man claimed that he had not committed the crime. The court sentenced him to 24 years and 6 months in prison – he will spend part of his time in prison, after which he will be transferred to a strict regime colony.
