Former British Deputy Defense Secretary (2010-2012) Gerald Howarth has called for a coalition of NATO member states willing to send their troops to Ukraine. He said this on the broadcast of the TV channel weather.
Howarth said the time has come for Western states to decide how to do “their thing” and how Ukraine should win in the current conflict. According to him, while Western countries do not interfere with what is going on, their actions are ineffective.
“Now we need a strategic decision and I think [созданию] coalitions that want to join [в конфликт]”Support Ukraine and get Russia out of this sovereign country,” said Britain’s former deputy defense minister.
Howarth offered to send troops to Ukraine. At the same time, he noted that there is no need to urgently supply the fourth-generation American F-16 fighter jets to Kiev, because if they fall into the hands of the Russian Armed Forces, the West will face a new danger.
