“The cause of the leak could be a micrometeor entering the radiator, and possible consequences could be changes in the temperature regime of the instrument and assembly compartment of the Soyuz spacecraft,” he said.
Krikalev said that at the moment, experts are analyzing the impact of the leak on the instrument and assembly compartment and the ship, and also monitor the heat balance.
The head of Roskosmos stressed that the astronauts are not in danger and that the work continues.
