The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a woman who was trying to enter the European Union as a refugee on suspicion of collaborating with Russia. This was reported on the department’s Telegram channel, reports DEA News.
According to the SBU, the suspect is the former head of the Kupyansk regional state administration, who was appointed “vice-president” of the Kuril community.”
According to the ministry, the woman cooperated with the Russian authorities and then “fled to the capital, where she tried to draw up documents as an immigrant from eastern Ukraine, and then left for the European Union.”
