According to the press service, the court recognized the actions of the commander and chief of staff as illegal and ordered the military commissar of the Bryansk region to replace Kukareko with a damaged document.
It was stated that the seal was put on his military ID after the paratrooper refused to participate in a special military operation in Ukraine. Kukareko was fired for refusing to join the SVO.
