World of Ships Update 12.3 Deep Dive: Seychelles Map, Daisen, and Pan-America Content

Lesta Games has rolled out update version 12.3 for the shareware MMO action title World of Ships. A standout feature is the fresh map named Seychelles, inviting players to explore a sunlit, tropical theatre of naval combat.

In this setting, battles unfold in a warm, inviting sea breeze that evokes the allure of the Seychelles archipelago. The map mirrors the northeastern edge of the real-world group, with the prominent isles of Praslin and La Digue along with a swath of surrounding smaller islands forming the backdrop for intense skirmishes.

The Seychelles map supports both random and cooperative engagements, designed for fleets armed with five to nine ships. Combat centers on the Dominance mode, featuring four strategic control points and two possible placements for their locations, offering tactical variety in every match.

The 12.3 update also reintroduces the Kure Shipyard, where players can assemble the Tier IX battleship Daisen. This vessel unfolds across 34 stages (29 of which can be unlocked by completing specific combat mission batches). Daisen carries eight 410 mm guns mounted in four turrets, celebrated for accuracy and a notably rapid reload. It also houses four double-tube torpedo launchers with extended reach and substantial torpedo damage, broadening the fleet’s offensive reach.

Additionally, Update 12.3 provides continued early access to Pan American cruisers. Players can complete mission batches to earn tokens, gain economic bonuses, and obtain the Pan-America Cruisers flag within the two weeks following the update’s release, enhancing progression for Canadian and American players alike.

There is a dedicated series of combat missions that rewards players with economic kits for Tier VI–X ships, coal, and a permanent camouflage titled Treasure of the Incas for the San Martin, expanding cosmetic and resource options for mid-to-high tier ships.

Until the next update arrives, players can spend Pan-America Tokens on consecutive bundles of Pan-American cruisers, along with the Mystery of the Maya permanent camouflage for Ignacio Allende and the Muisca Gold for Santander. Other available items include the Rio de Janeiro and Jurua ships, as well as Far Wanderings containers and practical in-game items designed to boost ongoing operations.

British submarines Undine, Sturdy, and Thrasher—renowned for their long endurance—have been opened up to all players for research, broadening submarine play across the community.

In celebration, Update 12.3 marks the 78th anniversary of a major wartime victory with a themed event featuring a six-page collection. Players can claim rewards including commanders from allied nations who earn skill points, and collecting the full set can grant a three-day premium account to enhance ongoing battles.

From May 3 through May 31, the in-game portal campaign Pages of Memory revisits pivotal moments from each year of the Great Patriotic War. It introduces a series of special tasks and rewards, including commemorative coins, Victory Fleet containers, and the Volga Flotilla camouflage for the USSR, encouraging players to engage with history while leveling up their fleets.

Tokens earned in this event can be exchanged for Tashkent 39, a destroyer leader exceptionally fast and armed with 130 mm B-13 guns and compact shell ballistics, yet featuring a shorter firing range and three triple torpedoes. In honor of the campaign, Kronstadt harbor will receive a distinctive, celebratory decoration to mark the occasion.

Finally, a regular Cyberpunk title, described as an adult RPG, has made its appearance on Steam under the name CyberpunkXXX.
