In Palworld, players can tame a wide variety of creatures, each type serving a specific task or helping to craft valuable items. This guide explains where to obtain wool, how to build a pasture, and how to make fabric from that wool.

This is how you find the right friends
To produce wool, players must locate and tame different sheep species—Lambolls. They tend to appear early in the game and prove useful for labor. Later, a dedicated building can be opened where similar fires will take place, allowing more wool to be gathered for storage and use.
However, Lambolls are primarily used at the start. Over time, other animals will be found that also provide wool.
Where to get wool
After collecting a few Lambolls, players should level up and unlock upgrades in the technology tree. The goal is to open a pasture for livestock. With this building, wool becomes obtainable and can be used to craft fabrics and clothes later on.
Once the meadow is established, Lambolls, frogs, and other creatures will head there to work. Players can return to the structure periodically to harvest wool, or discover a chest where pengullets, lickers, and other helpers will deliver it to the player.
How to make fabric and clothing
To craft fabrics and garments, players should raise their hero level and invest technology points in the corresponding tab (press the TAB key on PC and select the Technology tab):
- Textile: opens at the third level;
- Woven clothing: opens at the fourth level.
Both items can be crafted on the workbench built at the start of the game. If friends like penguins are around, assign them tasks and return later to collect the finished items.
