The newest batch of cosplay has arrived, spotlighting Velma from the Scooby-Doo animated series along with Ahri from League of Legends and other standout characters.

Triss Merigold from The Witcher 3 by Sonoko

Even though The Witcher 3 remains a classic seven years after its launch, fresh interpretations keep appearing. Recently, the role of Triss was brought to life by Ekaterina Kalinina, known by her artist name Sonoko. A broader collection of Geralt’s favorite sorceress cosplay can be found in the main article.

cosplay:

Triss is a character of striking energy, radiant like a flicker of flame. In the game, Geralt can choose Triss or Yen, and many players lean toward the redhead healer. This inspired the decision to portray Triss in cosplay.

Ahri from K/DA by Alice Inferno

Cosplay is highly sought after by members of the virtual music group K/DA. While Evelynn and Ari are common choices, this shot highlights a powerful rendition of the group’s lead singer. Alice Inferno brings the persona to life with confidence and flair.

The inspiration came from the K/DA music video, with its music, visuals, and costume design pushing the boundaries of cosplay. Among the four characters, Ahri captivated the creator most, prompting a dedicated attempt to reimagine her form.

Anka from Animal Crossing by Alena Sysueva

From year to year some characters stay strong in cosplay while others fade away. Last autumn Anka, the Egyptian cat from Animal Crossing, was wildly popular; today she remains fondly remembered. Alena Sysueva chose to explore this very image, and a dedicated article covers her work in depth.

cosplay:

Even before the Anka craze, there was a plan to craft an original Egyptian cat. That project was set aside to pursue this portrayal. The result of Anka turned out so well that revisiting the shelved project is now likely in the future.

Succubus from the Witcher Universe by Alisa Arefieva

In the recent cosplay showcase, a first image by Alisa Arefieva of a Succubus earned praise, and now the full set follows. Despite the demonic look, these creatures pose no threat to people. They are drawn to passion, which explains why many enjoy spending time with such a beguiling figure. Not every man can resist the Succubus’s allure.

cosplay:

The appeal lies in a character that is both cute and sensual. A Succubus from Skellige feels like a treasure. Some players may wonder why anyone would want to harm her.

I favor explicit portrayals, whether canon or well-executed fan service. Photographing in public with a bare chest can be awkward, but it adds a bold honesty to the work.

Velma from the Scooby-Doo animated series by Stormborncat

The Scooby-Doo franchise began as a team of young investigators who solve mysteries in a world full of quirks and mystique. Among the cosplays, Velma remains a fan favorite, and Stormborncat presents both canonical and fanservice interpretations of the heroine.

Crossover between Game of Thrones and The Witcher

This project blends two universes in a playful crossover. Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones and Buttercup from The Witcher were styled by Ingwar Wrysmile and Denis Lund. The scene unfolds in a tavern where two other heroines join the moment. Stormborncat and Oichi portray the additional characters in a separate feature.

cosplay:

The idea sparked two years ago, aiming to merge fan worlds. An opportunity arose with a canonical Tyrion, leading to a plan for a duet of seducers from different pages. While en route to the studio, outfits were rented for the ladies, and the shoot grew into a lively, wine-fueled session.
