Eleanor from Atomic Heart, Nova Edition
The buzz around Atomic Heart reached new heights with the Destruction instinct add-on. One standout is a cosplayer known as Nova, who embodyingly portrayed the enigmatic Eleanor. The look also evokes the twin-ballerina aesthetic glimpsed in the game’s original finale, a nod to characters fans know well.

Lara Croft from Torie’s Tomb Raider Series
Regardless of fresh game announcements, Lara Croft remains a cosplay staple. Many fans gravitate toward the classic 90s and early 00s iterations rather than newer designs. A recent standout is Torie’s portrayal, which earned its own feature in this collection.
Tomb Raider was my first game with a female lead. And I really liked the movies with Angelina Jolie. I have reviewed them several times. But to me, Lara Croft is Indiana Jones in female form. What girl doesn’t want to feel like a Tomb Raider? Glad I could cosplay her.

Kafka from Honkai: Star Rail by Speedy
HoYoverse continues to support two projects simultaneously: Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. The latter arrived later but quickly gained fans of streamlined RPGs with gacha elements. As the Kafka banner released, many cosplayers turned their attention to this character. Lana Ronin, known as Speedy, stands out for a standout interpretation.
I originally planned to cosplay Himeko, my favorite Honkai character. Then I found Kafka. It’s the first time I’ve hopped on the hype train, as they say. HoYoverse invited me to work in tea shops in Moscow and St. Petersburg at the end of July during a promotional event. They provided the suit and covered costs. I decided to seize the moment and stage a full photoshoot in this look before the banner drops.
Honkai itself feels fresh to me. It’s a great alternative for players who want a change of pace from Genshin Impact, offering something new and exciting.

Cosplay question: which character would you like to see reimagined next?
Mercedes Cortes from GTA: Vice City by Mila Prusakova
Characters from GTA are infrequent in cosplay, but Mila Prusakova brings Mercedes Cortes from Vice City to life. The storyline threads Tommy Vercetti through scenes with the Love Fist band and a film shoot in a studio, with a portrayal of Tommy by Vlad Tansky. The result is a clever homage that nods to the era while staying fresh for fans.
My friend has cosplayed Tommy Vercetti. We later opened a GTA-themed bar in St. Petersburg. We wore themed costumes, and the idea of pairing Tommy with Mercedes felt right. The bar became a natural setting for this photo shoot.

Mi2Ray’s interpretation captures the ethereal elegance and lore-rich background of Elune’s followers, a nod to the series’ long-running mythology. The character’s journey from shadow to legend resonates with fans who seek immersive, story-driven cosplay.
