CarX Street, the arcade racing title from CarX Technologies, has landed on Android via Google Play, and the development team announced the launch of the first phase of open beta testing. The project is expanding its reach to show what an open world racing MMO can feel like on a mobile platform as it continues to evolve through player feedback.
According to the CarX Technologies team, the initial open beta is currently accessible only in Russia. The rollout on devices remains deliberate and gradually scalable, with plans to broaden device support as performance is optimized for a wider range of smartphones and tablets. The developers acknowledge that the game is in testing, which means occasional bugs may appear as the service and features are refined. In particular, there has been a noted issue with downloads freezing and performance hiccups on Samsung devices, and the team is actively addressing these problems to improve stability.
CarX Street offers players an expansive open world where they can race through a sprawling city and its varied surroundings, including mountain switchbacks and picturesque coastal highways. A standout feature is the advanced tuning system, enabling players to customize their cars with a depth that suits their driving style and aesthetic preferences, from performance tweaks to visual upgrades.
