Assassin from Anna Shakhovskaya’s Assassin’s Creed series

In the later chapters of the franchise the modern timeline receives less attention, while the early titles centered on Desmond Miles teased a broader conspiracy. Anna Shakhovskaya presents a vision of what a modern killer might look like, blending a hidden blade with a rapid rifle. A dedicated article about Anna and a video interview accompany this portrayal.

cosplay:

Many who explored Assassin’s Creed imagined themselves in the lead role. The present piece imagines how Ubisoft might present a modernized heroine. The modern assassin persona is not straightforward, and conversations with fellow fans helped shape this vision. Alex, the author, offered valuable input for the shoot.

The shoot included a live eagle that behaved well. The bird touched the model’s hood briefly and inspected the eyes, which added a dash of intensity to the session. Everything else went smoothly.

Catra from the animated series She-Ra and the Invincible Princesses by Alena Sysueva

Alena often looks to feline figures from comics, games, and cartoons. Her portfolio includes Catwoman, Anka, and Black Cat. The current shoot features Catra from the He-Ra universe in a non canonical, creative twist. Alena blends Catra with Chinese aesthetics, pushing a new visual boundary. A dedicated article explores more of her work.

Cosplay:

Both she and friends opened a private photo studio in Novosibirsk with the Japanese Wall as the first location. A range of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean costumes inspired this original concept. Crafting a crown for Catra was a priority, aiming for a regal crown that echoes her mask while feeling like an empress accessory.

Today it is harder to find a truly canonical take on 2B as many opt for stylized or sexy versions that depart from the game. Ksenia Plyakina offered a refined interpretation in a delicate negligee. A broader collection on 2B cosplay can be explored in the main feature.
