The game catalog for Atomic Heart includes a complete set of achievements inside its trophy list, totaling 42 trophies with a platinum entry.
Generally, the performance collection follows a familiar pattern. To earn the platinum trophy with the caption “The motherland does not forget its heroes,” players must finish the shooter in hardcore mode, overcome every boss encounter (some with unique conditions), upgrade all weapons to their maximum potential, and locate every collectible item. There is also an achievement named “Necromancer,” which requires initiating conversations with every deceased NPC encountered in the game world.
One of the lighter, cheeky trophies is titled Alcoholics Anonymous and is awarded for eliminating five enemies after consuming vodka. Another notable accomplishment, Triple Penetration, is granted for dispatching three foes with a single shot from the railgun.
Atomic Heart released on February 21 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The title is included at no additional cost for Game Pass members, expanding access for subscribers in both Canada and the United States.
All available Atomic Heart screenshots can be viewed within the game’s media gallery, allowing fans to preview weapons, environments, and dramatic moments before venturing into the adventure.
