Ubisoft has announced a temporary promotion that grants free access to Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla for all players. The title can be played on PC via the Epic Games Store, Steam, and Ubisoft Connect, and is also available at no charge on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. This offer is time-bound, with the free access window running through December 19.
During the free weekend, participants will obtain the full game alongside several expansion packs released with the title. In Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, the player steps into the role of Eivor, a Viking seeking a new home for his clan in a lands beyond the familiar. The game supports both the main story campaign and a wide array of optional side missions. It features a sprawling open world filled with activities and discoveries for players to pursue at their own pace.
Originally released on November 10, 2020, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla arrived on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
