The most premium app listed in the App Store for the Apple Vision Pro headset is the interactive periodic table Lively Element. The program is priced at 98 dollars, a figure reported by Gizmodo which cites analytics firm Appfigures as the source.

Analysts note that there are at least 194 paid apps available for the headset, with a combined price tag that surpasses 1,100 dollars. At the time of the study, VisionOS had 693 applications in the App Store. The headset is also compatible with iPad apps that have been optimized to run on Vision Pro, expanding the potential software library beyond the native catalog.

Greg Joswiak, a former Apple Marketing Manager, stated that more than a thousand optimized apps have already been released for Vision Pro. He also pointed out that when sales began, the App Store hosted only about 600 apps for the platform, underscoring a rapid expansion during the first wave of availability.

In the span of just over a week, roughly 400 new applications appeared in the store. This growth is notable even before taking into account iPad programs, which collectively contribute to a much larger ecosystem, bringing the total number of compatible apps well into the hundreds of thousands when considering cross‑platform availability.

There had been earlier warnings that sellers tied to the Vision Pro in certain markets could face regulatory or legal action, depending on local rules and their compliance practices. This context underscores the evolving landscape for developers and merchants as the platform gains traction in different regions, including those with stricter digital product regulations.
