Mijia Launches Smart Sound Glasses With 360-Degree Audio
The brand Mijia, a Xiaomi subsidiary, has unveiled Smart Sound Glasses that pair with a smartphone via Bluetooth and function as both headphones and earphones. This information comes from a technology reveal by Rozetked.
The Mijia Smart Audio Glasses let users make calls and listen to music. Its standout feature is 360-degree sound transmission, which creates a sense of presence for the wearer. The design directs audio so that only the person wearing the glasses hears the sound, enhancing privacy. The device also includes noise reduction and the ability to connect two devices simultaneously for seamless switching between sources.
According to the maker, the glasses deliver up to seven hours of standby use, about ten hours of music playback, and roughly 22 hours in mixed use. They are dust and moisture resistant to IP54 standards and weigh a light 38.1 grams.
There are replaceable arms to simplify battery replacement, and five different frame options are available to suit personal style and comfort preferences.
The Smart Sound Glasses were introduced for sale in China at a price of 800 yuan, roughly equivalent to 9.5 thousand rubles at the time of reporting.
