To restore the ability to pay with Mir cards in Apple Pay, a card must already be added in the Wallet app. New cards cannot be linked to the service at this time.
Begin by preparing another device—this can be a computer, tablet, or smartphone—from which you will access iCloud and open Find My iPhone. Mac users should simply launch the Latitude app.
Next, sign in with the same Apple ID used on the iPhone. Click the “Devices” section and choose the iPhone you want to connect to Apple Pay.
Then select the “Lost Mode” option, press “Next” and “Finish.” There is no need to enter a phone number in this step.
Within a few moments, the iPhone will lock and a message will appear on its screen indicating that the device is lost and that Apple Pay restoration is in progress.
Return to the device that was locked, open Lost Mode again, and choose “Turn off Lost Mode” at the bottom of the pop‑up window.
After Lost Mode is disabled, the iPhone becomes usable once more and a notification confirms that the associated card is ready for Apple Pay.

In practical use, the process tends to work with some variability. The service is occasionally operational for around 5–7 hours, after which it is possible to repeat the same steps to re‑activate Apple Pay functionality.
As a precaution, keeping a backup form of payment, such as cash or a physical card, is sensible in case Apple Pay encounters unexpected issues.
