Colorful has introduced the Colorfire Meow R15 gaming laptop, highlighting a vivid, original design that makes a bold visual statement. Reports from the tech press have noted its bright color scheme and distinctive look.
The Meow R15 is available in two configurations. One model pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 7735H processor (Zen3+ core architecture) with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics, while the other opts for a Ryzen 7 8845HS processor (Zen4) paired with GeForce RTX 4070 graphics. Memory is 16GB of DDR5 RAM in both variants, with support for expansion up to 64GB, and storage comes as a 512GB solid-state drive. A cooling system featuring two fans and six heat pipes is designed to manage heat during demanding gaming sessions.
Display options include a base 15.6-inch panel with Full HD resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The premium variant raises the bar to a 2.5K resolution display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother gameplay and sharper images for immersive experiences.
The orange exterior of the Colorfire Meow R15 is described as ceramic-coated, giving it a premium texture and durability. In addition, the WASD keys on the keyboard are finished in the same orange color, tying the whole aesthetic together.
Pricing information places the RTX 4050-equipped base model at around 5,500 yuan, roughly 70,000 rubles, while the older configuration is listed at about 7,500 yuan, near 95,000 rubles. The new device is anticipated to enter international markets in the near term, expanding its availability beyond regional launches.
