Russian company Open Mobile Platform (OMP), owned by Rostelecom, announced the Aurora + program. According to OMP CEO Pavel Eiges, Aurora+ represents a new paradigm in which the company not only adapts the operating system but passes it directly to developers for change. This allows you to create separate branches of the operating system for different niches.
WMD development director Roman Alyautdin emphasized that there is already interest in Aurora. He noted that modern cars are actually wheeled, mobile devices that are constantly connected to the network and exchange information with the city’s infrastructure and gas stations.
