In Russia, pre-orders for new iPhone 16 models start on September 10. This was reported to socialbites.ca by the Yandex Market press service.
The flagship iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be available first, followed by the base versions of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus. Pre-orders for the Pro and Pro Max models will begin shipping on September 30.
Prices for smartphones will vary depending on the model and modification. The iPhone 16 is expected to cost more than 90 thousand rubles, and the iPhone 16 Plus is expected to cost more than 100 thousand rubles. The iPhone 16 Pro with 256 GB of memory starts at 204,990 RUB, and the iPhone 16 Pro Max with the same memory starts at 214,990 RUB.
It is also stated that Yandex Market has already started selling accessories for the new Commo branded iPhone models, including silicone cases in various colors and transparent cases made of special material that prevents yellowing.
It has not been stated whether the prices of the new products will remain the same in October or will drop further. It seems that other marketplaces and retailers will also announce prices of the new products in the near future.
