It looks like HTC is working on a new smartphone that could be unveiled soon. Evidence of the new device recently appeared on Geekbench and Bluetooth SIG databases. In this respect reports Published by GizmoChina.
The model number of the new smartphone is 2QDA100. GizmoChina believes it’s likely the successor to last year’s HTC U23. The new product will probably be available under the name HTC U24 or U24 Pro. In Geekbench, the 2QDA100 scored 1095 points in single-core testing mode and 3006 points in multi-core testing mode.
According to the device listing on Geekbench, HTC U23 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen3 chipset with octa-core processor and Adreno 720 GPU. It will also be equipped with 12 GB RAM and run Android 14. Additionally, the Bluetooth certified SIG has revealed that the device will support Bluetooth 5.3.
HTC U23 is expected to be announced in the coming months.
