The Windows 11 update, released at the end of March to improve system performance, disrupts users’ computers. In this respect reports Neowin portal.
The optional Windows 11 Moment 5 update (KB5035942) causes issues during installation, resulting in a system rollback. Users who managed to update complained of operating system crashes causing BSOD error and black desktop screen. Moreover, Neowin states that these messages in the forums are not isolated.
Update KB5035942 for Windows 11 22H2 and 23H2 should have It solves problems that cause performance degradation on computers with AMD processors. The update was also supposed to fix random crashes that were causing BSOD errors, but the error persists.
Microsoft is expected to fix all the flaws detected in the April Patch Tuesday update, but the company itself has not made any promises.
