In the VK Play digital store release took place a free excerpt from the upcoming Russian play “Smuta.” The demo is available under the title “Time of Troubles”.
The demo version of Time of Troubles takes up 11.44 GB and can only be downloaded from VK Play. In this excerpt, gamers will be able to evaluate not only the usual elements, but also the available graphics settings, which include Lumen illumination, DLSS and frame rendering, which are available only to owners of modern Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series video cards.
In “Time of Troubles” players can explore a part of Moscow in the 17th century, look at the houses and buildings of the area, wooden pavements, the Tower of the Seven Hills, Chertolsky Gate, Streletskaya Sloboda, Kolymazhny Dvor, and also try out to ride a horse. There is no combat system and enemies in this version. In addition, all the actions of the player will be accompanied by the narrator’s comments about that time. The accompanying historian was voiced by Klim Zhukov.
Additionally, at the end of the demo, players will be able to take a special “material knowledge” exam.
“The Troubles” will be released on VK Play on April 4. The game is currently available for pre-order for RUB 1,612. 20% discount included.
