The Russian company Lesta Games, which owns the rights to online games such as World of Tanks, World of Ships and Tanks Blitz, is ready to transfer its projects to the Russian game console. In this respect reports TASS cites the words of World of Tanks product director Andrey Lysak.
Lysak said Lesta Games has always represented Russian developers. According to him, the entire domestic gaming industry needs to “look forward”. He believes that the development of the console is a manifestation of this foresight.
“We are ready to move our projects to the Russian game console, we are ready to help develop this console,” Lysak said.
The expert admitted that console development is a long and complex process that can take several years. He said it would also take a lot of time to develop games and port them to a new device.
This is also why the project to develop a Russian console is met with skepticism by many, which should not discourage participants in this venture. According to Lysk, few people believed in the Mir payment system at first, but over time the viability of this system was proven.
Putin before instructed The government will be interested in domestic game consoles.
