Huawei has officially introduced the Band 9, the latest version of its popular fitness tracker series. In this respect reports Published by GizmoChina.
The Huawei Band 9 retains the practical rectangular form factor of its predecessor, with a curved screen and convenient side button. It is also quite light and thin (weight – 14 grams, thickness – 8.9 mm). The smartwatch has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display and also has strong moisture protection that allows the device to withstand pressure up to 5 atm.
Huawei offers five color options for the Band 9: Electric Blue, Light Pink, Lemon Yellow, Sand White and Starry Black. Additionally, Huawei says the Band 9 features an improved soft fluoroelastomer band that is gentler on the skin.
Band 9 offers more than 100 sports modes for health and wellness enthusiasts. Additionally, Huawei TruSleep 4.0 promises comprehensive sleep tracking.
Huawei says that the maximum battery life is 14 days in normal use and 9 days in intensive use. The tracker charges quite quickly in 45 minutes.
The device uses Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity and is compatible with both Android and iPhone smartphones.
Huawei started accepting pre-orders for Band 9 in Malaysia, but did not announce the price of the new product.
