Former top executives at Twitter (now X Corp.) have filed a $128 million lawsuit against its owner, multi-billionaire Elon Musk. This is reported with reference to published documents of the District Court of California. RIA News.
The plaintiffs said Musk illegally fired them, alleging negligence and misconduct. With this excuse, the entrepreneur deprived the fired senior managers of severance pay.
The lawsuit against Musk was filed by former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, former chief financial officer Ned Segal, former general counsel Vijaya Gadde and former general counsel Sean Edgett.
