Version 91mobiles published New CAD renders of the iPhone SE 4 confirm early rumors about Apple’s new budget smartphone.
Previous iPhone SE devices were based on Apple’s older iPhone models with a Home button. Judging by the new CAD images, the iPhone SE 4 will break this principle. In other words, the dimensions of the device will be 147.7 x 71.5 x 7.7 mm, like the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14.
The iPhone SE 4 will feature a 6.1-inch display, which is a significant improvement over the 4.7-inch display of the current iPhone SE 5G. The screen has a cutout for the “bursts” where any Face ID system sensors will be hidden. Based on the renders, it can also be assumed that the new product will have a USB-C connector and the Action Button that was first introduced on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max.
The iPhone SE 4 was initially expected to launch only in 2025. However, 91mobiles does not rule out that the new product will be introduced this autumn along with the iPhone 16 series. According to journalists, the imminent announcement of the smartphone indirectly points to the recent increasing number of rumors about the new product.
