Often people are encouraged to switch to malicious resources through notifications about gaining a Telegram Premium subscription, which must be received quickly.
Experts believe that the increase in such attacks occurred due to the fact that Telegram Premium subscription has become a popular gift in Russia. Additionally, a legitimate subscription sweepstakes tool emerged on messenger, which scammers also took advantage of.
