Answering a question about the implementation of the “Carpet” plan, the agency’s interlocutor noted that the restrictions are valid from 03:53 to 05:11 Moscow time.
A representative from the airport explained that the airport is currently operating normally. The agency concluded that the company did not officially explain its reason for imposing temporary restrictions.
