Samsung held the Galaxy Unpacked presentation where it introduced its new flagship smartphone, Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The device has a 6.8-inch flat-edge AMOLED display, 1440 x 3088 pixel resolution, 120 Hz frequency, HDR10 + support and up to 2600 nits of brightness. There is an “o” shaped cutout at the top for the 12 MP front camera with support for 4K video recording.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor with a clock frequency of up to 3.3 GHz and the Adreno 750 graphics core at 1 GHz are responsible for the performance. RAM is 12 GB and permanent memory can be between 256 GB and 1 TB.

There are four main cameras. The resolution of the main module is 200 MP, the five-fold zoom periscope telephoto lens is 20 MP, the three-fold zoom telephoto lens is 10 MP, and the ultra-wide-angle lens is 12 MP.

Galaxy S24 Ultra is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery. There is 45 W wired charging, 15 W wireless charging and 4.5 W reverse charging.

The device is protected against moisture and dust according to the IP68 standard. The frame of the smartphone is made of titanium. Galaxy S24 Ultra is the first Samsung smartphone to use this material in its body.

The device is currently available for pre-order at a price starting from $1,449 (about 127.5 thousand rubles at the exchange rate of January 17, 2024).
